Terms of Service

Last updated 15 September 2026.

These terms are an agreement between you and Voxline Ltd governing your use of the Voxline service. By creating an account you accept them.

The service

Voxline provides an AI receptionist that answers your calls and performs the actions you configure, such as booking appointments and capturing leads. We provide it “as is” and aim for high availability, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your account credentials secure.
  • Use the service lawfully and only for calls you’re authorised to handle.
  • Provide accurate business information and meet any call-recording notice requirements for your callers.

Fees

Fees are set out in your order or statement of work and invoiced as agreed. Any usage-based charges are agreed in advance before they apply. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You may not use Voxline for unlawful, deceptive or harassing calls, or to impersonate others. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll give notice of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
